Research Engineer Position in Bio-Medical Image Processing and Analysis

As a Research Engineer, you will provide support for the analysis of preclinical medical imaging data (PET, SPECT, µCT) for our academic and industrial partners. You will continuously develop, improve, maintain, and document original image processing tools to address the various and exciting challenges proposed by our partners. You will discuss with the partners to identify their needs and propose the most adequate solution. You will advise and collaborate with the team to improve the image acquisition process. You will take part in the analysis of the results and the writing of scientific reports. This position will also give you the opportunity to learn and experiment novel image processing techniques and algorithms, including deep learning tools
