GDPR compliant smart camera in order to e.g. count people, vehicles, etc.

Description

The project aims to develop smart cameras in order to determine the number people that are in an audience, vehicles flows in some space, etc. The cameras are base on low cost micro computer (e.g. rapsberry pi, jetson nano) using a dedicated camera. 
It is an internal project in collaboration with the ULB SmartCampus Project .
